The "Super Clean Mate Series" is an efficient "sludge recovery device" that stirs up foreign substances accumulated inside the coolant tank of machine tools. Inside the coolant tank of machine tools, foreign substances oxidize and accumulate due to long hours of operation. Continuing to use it as is can lead to problems with pumps and cutting tools, causing equipment failure or damage. This product allows for the collection of accumulated substances and sludge by inserting a nozzle through a small gap, all while the equipment is in operation, without needing to move the tank. The filters include a mesh filter and a back filter, with the standard filter capable of handling particles down to 5 microns. There are five types of filters available, and a 1-micron filter can also be provided as an option. Compared to replacing with new oil, this offers a cost reduction of 1/5 to 1/10 of the expense.
